Products are 5 stars, customer service was also 5 stars, although I’m not certain why shipping was so delayed, it took 3 whole weeks. Come to think of it, if pick up was an option, I would have, since the vendor is literally located 5 minutes away from me. I initially bought this item at a North beach festival in SF and I very much enjoyed the diffuser so I ordered more as a gift to a dear friend, unfortunately the package didn’t arrive in time for the occasion. The delivery window already passed and the status was showing that the package hasn’t even shipped yet, it was disappointing. Will I order again? Yes, absolutely. I do support small businesses and would like to think that was one off. I appreciated Melissa’s hand written note, it added a nice personal touch.
